Who Sees God Face To Face
I
have seen the Lord face to face.

‘Seeing and meeting’ are not enough description. I have also
experienced these things. Do you understand what I mean by ‘experiencing these
things’? God would enter my spirit and turn His Spirit and mine into One. That is why I say, “The Father and
I are one!” Jesus said the same. Do not marvel that I say this. For God has
sent me in His love and glory to bring home His children, who are still
journeying from His school, the earth, to His home, the Heaven. Once, again, I
say, “Follow Jesus.”
God wants His children to rule with Himself in His kingdom. And Jesus
said it clearly, “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I
also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” Revelation
3:21

INTRODUCTION
I must warn you!
God does not delight in nonentities.
Stop and Ponder For A While!
God expects His children to become
Masters of the Universe:
Bright, Glorious and Mighty Spirit Beings,
and not ignorant beggars.
The Fools Have Themselves To Blame
He was a very rich man and quite famous. Whenever his car passed by, whether in
the city or in the villages, people cheered him and waved. His actual name was
Chief Ebubudike Agunaechemba, but people called him prestigious names.
When he died, his funeral was full of glamour and decorations. Very important
personalities and entertainers came from far and near to grace the occasion.
His relations were very proud of the occasion. Many good speeches and remarks
were made about him. Everybody praised him.
The funeral mass was preceded by a long procession of the choir, music bands,
brigades, mourners and sympathizers. The mobile police were not left out. The
funeral undertakers did various stylish performances to entertain the visitors
and the general public. Ebubedike’s funeral was one of the best. Every
household or gathering discussed it. It was great.
However, the unfortunate thing was that both Ebubedike and the society
neglected the most important thing. They neglected the spiritual aspect of
life. And so, it happened that after all the boisterous and graceful funeral
ceremony, Chief Ebubedike found himself in the dark regions, groping amidst
thick forests and traveling over wastelands. There was no rest for his soul or
comfort in spirit for him. He failed to prepare for heavenly life. Now, it is
too late. Let the wise learn from this.
The Glorious Truth
Step out of Your Self

The earnest disciple finds and enters the kingdom,
even while still on earth.
A word is enough for the wise,
but the thoughtless ones need several explanations.
The Parable Of The Foolish Birds
The foolish birds made each a tiny nest for itself. Then it moved into the
small space, and refused to come out. Each deceived itself saying, “My nest is
the best and biggest space.” So, it happened that each bird failed to explore
the vast universe and the treasures therein.
Interpretation: Truth is like the sun and its sunlight. The light is
able to enter into every opening, but there is no space to contain the sun
itself. So it is with the person who knows the Truth. His teachings reach the
ends of the earth, entering every nook and cranny, but none can hold the Truth
in his tiny space or religion.
Whoever is ready to know the Truth, must be ready to verify his beliefs and
practices, and do not allow them to hold him back from finding and knowing the
Truth. The churches are like the shadows of the branches of a giant tree. They
are not the tree, but its shadows in different forms. Only those who see beyond
the shadows to identify and know the tree in its entirety become masters of the
universe. They become one with the Truth, and none can intimidate them.
What A Contrast!
Until you begin to live in spirit and
in truth,
you are like a wild dog wandering inside a terrible wasteland,
whereas the
waiting for those who know the Truth.
This parable is an enough advice and warning to you.
See Things With The Eyes Of The Spirit
A couple was about to wed. They invited a living saint to the occasion. By
several spiritual visions and revelations, the living saint was told to pray
for the couple on the wedding day. He was made to know that God intends to make
the bridegroom a very rich and wealthy man. He was shown a skyscraper built by
the bridegroom. On the night just before the wedding, the living saint was
shown two keys to riches and wealth that shall be given to the couple during
the prayer at the wedding. He made known his intention to pray for the couple
on the wedding day, but the celebrants would not allow him. The couple made no
chance for the prayer. To them the living saint was introducing irrelevant item
in the programme. And so it happened that the couple missed the blessings.
He directed that the song for
dance shall be a praise song, but the couple choose a worldly song. The secret
is that when you dance a worldly music, you have no blessing from God, and you
lay a foundation in the evil spirit that inspired the song. On the other hand,
when you dance in praise of God, the Almighty showers blessings on you and
become your sure foundation. This true life story highlights the need to see
things with the eyes of spirit, and not from the physical perspective. Indeed,
people claim to know and worship God, whereas they do not, because they follow
the imaginations of their hearts.
Another example: I visited a rich family. The building and compound were quite
rich and comfortable. Several beautiful cars were packed in various places
inside the compound. But when I previewed the same compound in spirit, what I
saw was horrible. Evil spirits have built a white tower inside the compound.
The tower reached from the ground to thy sky. A snake was moving about in the
compound. It would change into a python, and then change into an octopus. Two
other very large pythons were in the middle of the compound, one of them
appearing and disappearing now and then.
A similar account is found in the Bible. The populace honoured and obeyed
Herod. To them, Herod was a great king, worthy of honour. But unknown to them,
Herod was an evil spirit.
31 On that very day some Pharisees
came, saying to Him, "Get out and depart from here, for Herod wants to
kill You."
32 And He said to them, "Go, tell
that fox (a
wild animal, evil spirit.), 'Behold,
I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I
shall be perfected.' Luke 13:32
Do Not Become Like The Wicked Novices
Learn from the parable of the wicked novices. At school, they refused to learn
from their teachers. And after many years, they conspired, killed all the
teachers, took over the school and made themselves teachers. And so they kept
themselves busy, misleading multitudes into the hell fire. Be warned.
Parable Of The Useless Child
Have
you heard of the parable of the useless child? Every year, he goes to his
father to ask for favours, and the father would bestow favours upon favours on
him.
Each time he receives favours, he
leaves his father’s house for a distant place, where he wastes the precious
wealth of his father.
The worst of all is that he refuses
to receive advice and does not accept correction. He is worse than the prodigal
son, and majority of humanity are like that. Many are always asking for one
favour or the other, praying for money, wealth and pleasures, without seeking
to find, know and become like the Father. They
refuse to learn some useful skills, neglect to develop their spiritual talents
and would not bend down in serious study of Godliness.
Be Studious
In blessing, God will bless you.
In prospering, He will prosper your ways.
However,
it is more desirous to Him that you know Him as He is,
and not as your imaginations and falsifications have
deceived you.
God expects you to ascend to the heights,
to become one with Him.
You must devote time to study about the Almighty.
Do not play with the sacred texts.
No father delights in an ignorant and impotent child.
You must start from the beginning,
to read about God.
And make that study your everyday delight.
There is no other way better than this.
Above all,
have an open mind.
Yet, be careful.
God is God of knowledge
To live without knowledge is to be half-dead.
You were not called to take a sip.
Drink deep.
Continue to drink,
until you become the ocean of oceans.
That is the Father’s will and delight.
The Lord Himself confirms this –
He who believes in Me, as the
Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." John 7:38-39
I confirm this
because I have seen Holy Communion pouring out,
not only from my heart,
but also out of my body for people to eat
and live.
Submit
You must submit before you can
see, hear, touch, know and experience God. And there is no other way. That is
why Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.” It is only by
submitting to the spirit that you can know the truth and experience life.
To submit means:
1. To drop whatever you believe or
practise, in order to know the Truth.
2. To stop worrying of this and that.
3. To tame your mind by stopping it from
thinking of so many things - to make it as calm as the water in a glass.
4. To drop your own will, and accept the
Lord's will as your own will.
5. To inquire from God about your plans,
decisions, intentions and actions.
6. To allow God to lead the way, by
following the direction of the Holy Spirit.
7. To delight in the Lord, and not just
in His blessings and favours. Do not keep on moving from one church to another
seeking for messages or breakthrough. Settle down in one church to serve the
Lord in spirit and in truth.
8. To understand that this world is not
a permanent place. It is only a step into the eternity.
Conclusions
Such is the contrast between the
illusions of the world and the reality in spirit. Nobody should count himself a
true worshipper of God, until he is able to worship God in spirit and in truth.
“23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will
worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to
worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit
and truth." John 4:23-24
Chapter 2
Why
Majority Are Not Entering The Kingdom
The major
obstacle in life is not the Satan.
Majority are
playing hypocrites,
while many are misled by their own ignorance.
The Reasons Why People Are
Not Entering Heaven
The following are the reasons why people are
not entering the kingdom of heaven. It is quite unfortunate that people do not
care. Besides, they are not making the necessary efforts to save themselves.
The worst thing is that they refuse to heed messengers sent by God to warn or
redirect.
1. Self-Righteousness
Everybody counts himself a righteous person. He considers himself worthy to
enter the kingdom of heaven without knowing and practising the Truth. Nobody
can enter the kingdom by self-righteousness. The way is narrow and sacrifice is
great. Pray the Holy Spirit to take you home, so that you reach there soon,
easily and comfortably.
2. People Are Not Zealous
Enough
People are accustomed to
habit. They find it hard to accept corrections. They prefer to continue with
their old ways of doing things, which has become part of them. The worst are
the men who suppose to lead their various families in spiritual efforts. They
prefer to be left alone, undisturbed, without knowing that the Devil has
already put many people in his net.
3. People Have No Time For God
Even the believers do not know
what it means to love God with all your heart, with all your mind, with all
your time and with all your life. Many claim to be Christians, but deny God by
their actions.
4. Refusal To Learn The Truth
People prefer to continue in
their old ways of doing things. Therefore, they refuse to learn the Truth. I
have heard so many preaching and sermons. Most of these teachings lack
spiritual contents. Of what use is plenty food when the food is lacking in
nourishment?
After several heavenly
visits and spiritual encounters, I am bold to say that all, including reverend
ministers, have to re-learn. This is the Truth. For the time being, many are
just playing out their intoxication. How can you claim to be teaching or
practising the Truth when you do not know the Truth?
5. Customs And Traditions
As deceptive as customs and
traditions. In the eyes of the world, the customs and traditions appear to keep
the society peaceful and stable. But in spirit, they are the very strings that
tie people down, and prevent them from ascending to the heavens.
6. Many Are Blind
Blindness means ignorance.
That is what is called darkness in Sacred Texts. Children of God do not know
the things they should know, and therefore, do not do the things that they
should do. When you know the Truth, you shall know the right things to do. For
now, majority are just like the foolish student who fills his examination
sheets with useless points.
7. Spiritual Bondage
The evil spirits, demons,
mermaids, ghosts and black energies discourage people from making the right
spiritual efforts. That is why many people, especially among the men and
youths, do not pray. Among those that do pray, many feel weak or fall asleep
whenever it is time to pray. The evil spirits not only discourage people from
doing the right things, they also bind people in order to disable them. It is
quite unfortunate that majority do not know that a terrible war by the
8. Misleading Churches
Several churches do not
teach the Truth because they do not know the Truth. They do not know that
several commandments of God have been turned upside down. Every true minister
of God must pray earnestly to have spiritual experience or learn from somebody
who actually knows the Truth. At present, many believers are like the little
child who goes about the city boasting and counting every car as his father's
car. The child cannot distinguish between what is good and what is bad.
9. Ignorant Religious Leaders
This is a serious problem.
Many religious leaders are teaching the figments of imagination, the
fabrications of falsehood and the deceptions of the enemy. That is why Jesus
called them blind leaders leading blind multitudes. Today, the followers are
stagnant and complacent, without knowing it.
10. Spiritual Indolence
Indolence means laziness.
People want to go to heaven, but are not making the right efforts to enter
heaven. The evil spirits keep people everyday busy with boisterous activities,
the very thing that prevent people from entering the gate of heaven. There is
no time for quiet times and meditation.
11. So Many Snares On The Way
The Devil and his agents
know humanity more than the humanity know themselves. Besides, these enemies of
God and man are always busy putting snares on the road to salvation. Majority
do not know when the evil spirits entice them away from the true path. Examples
of the snares are indecent dressing, noisy music, hypocrisy (deceit, cheating),
fame, flattery, quick money, etc.
12. Worldly Pleasures
Out of ignorance and passion, majority want to follow the direction of the Holy
Spirit, but are instead busy everyday rushing after the Devil.
13. Self-Restrictions
Self-restrictions are the
limitations imposed on oneself. Examples include refusal to hear from a person
who is not from the same church and inability to investigate church beliefs and
practices. When you know the Truth, then you shall be surprised to know that
“what many call faith is nothing but stubbornness.”
14. Many Are Playing Hypocrites,
Without Knowing It.
People claim to love and
worship God, but do not have time for God. They turn away from doing the right
thing. Even those who regularly attend worship, turn down the teachings,
without knowing it.
15. Disobedience To The Holy
Spirit
This is refusal to listen to
the Holy Spirit. Before, many consider their dreams, visions, trances and
messages as figments of imagination and as such irrelevant. However, everyday
happenings have over the years proved that dreams, visions, trances and
messages are natural and real.
16. Wrong Assumptions,
Especially By Men
Most of the men assume that
things are all right. They do not believe in demonic possessions and
manipulations, witch craft, charms, etc. This disposition of the men gives the
evil spirits the chance and opportunities to have a free day. Therefore, the
evil spirits continue to destroy the lives and fortunes of children of God.
They succeed because the men who should lead in the war against forces of
darkness are lazy, insensitive and blind to the realities of life. They do not
know that a terrible war is raging on against humanity. Imagine the men priding
themselves about?
17. People Do Not Know How To
Love God
People love God, but do not
know how to love God. People seek God, but are wrongly seeking Him where He is
not. Some of the religious leaders who are in the position to lead do not know
the Truth, and therefore, cannot teach the Truth.
18. Popular Trends
The fashions and trends make
people stray from the path of Truth, even when they do not want to. Such
devilish trends include wearing of black dresses, black robes, black eye
glasses; pagan festivals, masquerades, tattoos, sexy music, indecent dressing,
boisterous social occasions, business tricks, stinginess, cultism, harmful
games and sports like boxing and wrestling, which are demonic activities in the
hell fire, etc.
19. Deceptions Of The Enemy
The kingdoms of darkness are
everyday planning and carrying out various strategies to push and pull people
into the hell fire. Before, people did not know that such a thing was happening.
Today, God has put in place various deliverance ministries to help people save
themselves. Disappointingly, majority mock the deliverance.
20. Spiritual Possession And
Manipulations
When the evil spirits take
possession of people, people do not usually know that they are being
manipulated. All because the evil spirits come uninvited, arrive unnoticed,
stay undetected and wreck havoc unrelentingly.
21. Ignorance Of Self
Majority of humanity do not
know what they are, that they are spirit
beings. Children of God do not know the victorious powers and excellent
talents that God has given them and how to use those powers. They prefer to be
doing things like blind beggars, who are also impotent.
22. Wrong Perceptions
These include wrong
interpretations, false assumptions, false beliefs, blind faith, man-made
doctrines, etc. Currently, what many call faith is nothing but stubbornness.
23. Bad Thoughts
All evil things begin as
thoughts in the heart of the doers. In other words, the seeds of bad deeds are the
evil thoughts that originate them. This is one secret misleading those in the
film and video industry. The evil committed in the films, which you say are not
real, and which you call ordinary plays, are seeds of iniquities being sown. Acting
is the foundation of action. That is the reason why people should act only what
is good.
24. Vulgar Words
And there are so many vulgar
words people say often, without knowing the consequences. Observe the home
videos people watch everyday, the actors speak harshly. They claim to speak
loud and clear, without knowing that the evil spirits are sowing the seeds of
destruction in them. Harshness, even the least of it, is evil. Why not speak
gently, peacefully and lovingly, like the Holy Spirit?
25. Actions That Are Evil
Such evil actions include embezzling public funds. People in positions of
authority and in the offices commit this evil without minding the consequences.
They do not know that the light you see everyday is a spiritual video camera
recording whatever a person does. Hence, no video record possible without the
light.
26. Forgotten Books Of Life
One of the major purposes of
keeping records is for the children of God to read about the events of the past
and learn from them. But majority are not ready to read the Sacred Texts, which
are very important, juicy and powerful books of life. They prefer to give
uncountable reasons why such books should not be read.
The enemy continues to
deceive them. Devil knows that when people read books, they will know the
Truth. When people know the Truth, the Devil will no longer be able to mislead
or manipulate people. The only power Satan has over people is their ignorance
of the Truth. On the last day, these people shall say to God that it was the
Devil that deceived them. But, the same Devil shall answer God, saying, “They
deceived themselves.”
27. Religious Bondage
In the churches, church
leaders are more interested in keeping members than in the members searching
and finding the Truth. They encourage people to remain ordinary members of the
church, instead of being earnest seekers of the Truth.
Every religious leader must
become like a door. The aim of the door is to allow people to pass through, to
come in and to go out, and not to hold people captives.
When members come to your church,
welcome them; and when they leave your church, bless them and hand them over to
the Holy Spirit. This was the very thing Jesus did, when He was about to leave
the world. Stop clinging to your church and members.
28. Man-made Doctrines
Unknown to the pubic, many
of the teachings and commandments of God have been turned upside down. Today,
many are, heedlessly, straying away from God without knowing it. What many
call faith is nothing but stubbornness.
29. Worldly Consciousness
Everyday, people are more interested
in the cares and worries of life. They run about to make both ends meet, to
attend to the issues of everyday routine. Unknown to many, God has not called
us to over labour, but to succeed and prosper by trusting and obeying Him.
People are more interested in building houses, getting married, going to
places, becoming famous, etc to the neglect of our primary purpose in life. The
primary purpose is to develop our God nature, by consistent God-consciousness
and spiritual practice.
30. Selfishness
God expects us to get rid of
selfishness. Instead of doing that, people are everyday building up their ego
(self and selfishness). Each is more interesting in amassing money and wealth
for himself than in rendering selfless services. Most of the rich do not want
the needy and poor to come to them for relief and assistance.
31. Crimes And Vices
The young generations are
constantly being exposed to all forms of crime and vices on the films and home
videos. A serious battle is going on between the altar and the television. A
youth spends a few hours in the church to learn about God and morality. Then
the following six days are spent in watching countless videos on violence and
crime. It is like the wise farmer who goes to the farm to plant good crops,
only to have them replaced with bad crops planted by the enemy. The effect is
clear and steady before us - everyday moral decadence. Every society reaps
whatever it programmes into the youths. This is one great secret of life.
32. The Dragon, The Ancient

“The thief does not come
except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” John 10:10

to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the Truth,
because there is no Truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own
resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. John 8:44-45
33. Disabling Environment
In terms of economic
activities, we talk of business-friendly environment, investor-friendly
environment, customer-friendly relations, etc. All these terms are good. The
real problem is that we are everyday disabling our environments by making them
hostile to spiritual growth. There is so much noise in the streets. The music
shops worsen the situation with their loud, booming and bombarding music.
Nobody cares. Our relaxation parks are phasing out, and the existing ones are
wrongly situated within city noise and traffic.
34. Neglect Of Ancient Paths Of
Life
All things have remained the
same since the ancient times. The scientific laws, technological theories,
economic principles, geographical realities, chemical properties, colour
vibrations, the cycles of time, etc have remained the same. So where did man
learn the belief that God’s laws are no longer valid, when the entire universe
is maintained by natural laws of creation, which are perfect, unchanging and
impartial.

HOW TO ENTER HEAVEN
How To Enter Heaven
If

1. Abandon (Give Up) All Selfish Desires. Learn to attend to the needs of others first. You cannot enter the kingdom until you become
like Zebulon, the son of Jacob. Hear his testimony,

when I was in the

offered them to all men, as every man had need, grieving with and having

manifold more from the Lord. 12 For five years I caught fish and gave thereof
to every man whom I saw, and sufficed for all the house of my father.

in wintertime, and had compassion upon him, and stole away a garment secretly

Give to all without
discrimination: to the rich and poor, to the great and small, to the saint
and sinner, to friends and foes, and to the lender and borrower.
2. Perform All Duties Without Expecting Rewards, without expecting thanks, without
expecting praise, without being forced or persuaded.
The fact that
somebody did not thank you is never an excuse for you to stop doing good. How
many times have you thanked God for the sun, which everyday shines to your
advantage? Have you ever thanked God for the ground you step on? And you have
not thanked God for the air you always breathe!
3. Perform All Duties As Service Offering To God.
Do your work and render your services
as pleasing offering to the Almighty, who created you as His son. That is why
you are a living sacrifice. By so doing, you turn an insignificant duty into a
very important service.
Address a
letter to an ordinary man, and everybody would overlook it. But, address the
same letter to a President, and it immediately becomes very important and
respected by everybody. The Army would fight to recover it, and the Police
would keep sleepless nights to protect it.
Parable Of The President’s Letter
A comedian wanted to
excite a city. He came up with a plan, by writing a letter and addressing it to
his friend, who was just an ordinary man. This action did not excite the city.
Therefore, he re-wrote the same letter, and addressed it to the President of
his country.
He dropped the letter at home and went to
the Post Office. On his way, he saw Police men and shouted that he has lost the
President’s letter. The Police swung into action, stopping every vehicle on the
road and searching everybody around.
Soon, the news got to the Police
Headquarters that President’s letter was missing, and more troops of Police,
Army and Security Officers were dispatched to every suspected road or corner to
recover the President’s letter.
Meanwhile, he stole back to his house, took
the letter and dropped it at a place that the public can find it.
It happened that the President was holding a
National Conference when the letter was found. The Police, Army and Security
Officers came in a convoy to deliver the letter. The President opened the
letter and read it. The letter read thus:
From:
The Poorest House In Your Country.
To:
The President Of Our Country.
Praise God, seven times.
(All stood up and shouted “Halleluyah.”)
By:
The Poorest Man In Your Country.
So it happened that when the President read the
letter, all the assembly - including the President - stood up and shouted
“Halleluyah,” seven times. Likewise, turn your tiny efforts into great and
important achievements by performing them as service offerings rendered to the
Most High.
4. Completely Restrain The Senses From The Objects By
The Intellect. (Intellect means your ability to reason, the wisdom to take
meaningful and useful decisions. Sense objects refer to the objects that
attract your senses: eye, nose, ear, mouth, body, etc). Restraining the senses is the ability to keep your mind free from
diverse thoughts, attractions, distractions, desires, cares and worries of
everyday life. Do not spend your time longing (yearning, craving) for so many
desires. Avoid flashy things. They draw your mind away from God.
It may not be easy at the beginning, but persistence will
bring fruition (good results). All that God wants from you is the ability
to keep your mind as calm as the water in a glass. Then you have
reached the mountain top. Leave the rest to Him. He will surprise you with
great visions. He made this clear in the Psalms
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10
“Be quiet, and know that the Almighty
is always present, everywhere”
Silence is the abode of God.
Hence, silence is the guardian of
wisdom;
and rest, the strength of action.
You
should not be easily influenced by flashy things, especially fashions. Do not
spend your time desiring everything in life. Do not desire what belongs to another person.
The
amount of time and money spent by the women folk on fashion and make-up is like
wasted years, because they are always busy dressing their body, which is
nothing but corpse, to the neglect of their real self, which is spirit. Many of
them would not buy a book, CD or video that teaches about God and life. The
result is that everyday people care for the perishable corpse (the flesh and
body), and neglect to nourish their spirit. They are the foolish virgins. The
same is true of most of the men folk, who spend their time and wealth on
worldliness alone.
Negligence by
men is even worse because majority of them do not concern themselves with
things of God. They do not have time for God. They avoid religious and
spiritual activities, a matter in which they suppose to lead. They are like the
parable of the lazy servants, who neglect to obey the directives of their
master. Instead, they prefer to climb unto their master’s throne and sit down,
always idle, pretending to be masters.
5. Have Quiet Times. Observe quiet moments for rest,
for spiritual growth, and for good health. Avoid loud, booming noise,
even noisy music.
Warn the
music shops and drivers to stop their loud, booming, sounds. It is the devil’s
way of shattering the peace and harmony of spirit. He succeeds because people
do not know what they loose each time there is noise around them. Tune down
every music, so that only those near the music hear the melody.
People should
be wise enough! Do not allow the cares and worries of life snatch away your
peace of mind. Anybody who always has peace of mind is at the door of heaven,
and God is ready to fellowship with such a person.
The Gateway To Heaven
When a person travels on a
road, he enters a vehicle.
For him to travel on the sea,
he boards a ship.
When he wants to travel by
air, he takes flight in the airplane.
So it is that the vehicle
that takes somebody to heaven is rest: quiet times, meditation or Sabbath. As
simple as that.
For thus says the Lord GOD,
the Holy One of
"In returning and rest
you shall be saved;
In quietness and confidence
shall be your strength."
Isaiah 30:15
The Importance Of Rest, Quiet Times And Sabbath.
Rest, quiet times or Sabbath is so important that God ordered the Israelites to rest for 24 hours, one full day every week.
We do achieve success in life, “Not by power nor by might, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord. Zechariah 4:6
Begin
by observing a quite time of at least thirty minutes a day. It may be in the
morning, afternoon, evening, night, early morning or free time when you can be
alone and silent for a while. Do not think about any thing then. Do not worry
about any thing. Just keep your mind free and silent.
6. Engage In Meditation, by thinking of God and all forms of
Godliness, during quiet times, at night or during worship.
Now see how
the enemies are manipulating and misleading people to hell fire: the night,
which is the most spiritual and fruitful period of the day, is now being used for
watching countless and endless streams of video films - on violence,
pornography, cultism, rape, crime, etc. Truly, the present generations are
mindlessly repeating the evils of Noah's generation just as Jesus warned.
Our quiet gardens and relaxation
parks are being phased out because of environmental development, and the
existing ones are wrongly situated within city noise and traffic.
Warn the nations! Man is tearing apart the environment
that houses him, to his own deceit and detriment. What a blindness!
7. Ensure Purity Of Heart. Learn to entertain good thoughts, to
speak good words and to engage in good actions.
Who are the
pure in heart? They are those who:
· Do not entertain impure thoughts.
· Do not say immoral or vulgar words.
· Do not take irrelevant actions.
· Have attained the notion of
non-duality; in whose mind there are no likes and dislikes, good and bad, male
and female. All is spirit, in essence.
· Have peace of mind.
· Miss out on opportunities for good
and fortune, and yet complain not.
· Observe quiet times, which free them
from all the cares and worries of earthly life.
· Do not feed their mind with bad news,
evil videos, etc.
· Free themselves from fleshly lusts.
· Are not accustomed to incessant and
uncountable desires.
· Those who do not desire what belongs
to others.
· Accept God in His simplicity,
naturalness and humility.
· Who have disappointment, without
being disappointed.
· Who receive insult, without feeling
insulted.
"Become free from pairs of
opposites, be ever balanced and unconcerned with the thoughts of acquisition
and preservation." BG 2.45
Have control
over the body, the mind and senses, so that you become peaceful in heat and
cold, calm in pleasure and pain, and level-headed in honor and dishonor, and remain
ever steadfast in devotion to the Supreme Self - God. Once you can do this, you
become a superior being, who treats all alike, whether they are companions or
passers-by, friends or foes, arbiters or neutrals, relatives or strangers,
saints, or sinners.
Begin to see the world the way it is: as perfection indeed, and full of
harmony.
8. Keep The Mind Fully Absorbed In The Spirit By Remembering God Always (God
Consciousness). Delight to involve yourself more with things of the spirit.
The human body
uses hands and legs. In the same way, the spirit uses intention and attention.
A human being moves things by holding and moving them. The spirit can move the
same objects just by intention or by placing attention on the object (i.e. by
will or will power.) The intention and attention act like gum that makes the
spirit stick (cling) to whatever it places its attention on.
The more a
spirit places attention on something, the more it becomes like that thing. The
more you engage yourself (your spirit) in spiritual exercises, the more your
spirit grows. The more you think about God and behave like God, the more you
become Godly.
You engage in
spiritual exercise by:
· Recognizing that you are always in
the presence of God, just as everything is in the presence of the sun during
the day. From His great and lofty throne, God sees all things, in silence, in
spirit and in truth. And the brightness of His body fills the entire universe.
This brightness is the Holy Spirit and is also God Himself: Omnipotence,
Omniscience And Omnipresence. Many call it the Glory of God.
· Singing praises or listening to Godly
songs and music.
· Reading spiritual books, written by
people who have experienced God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Angels and Saints.
· Maintaining an active prayer life.
· Active study and practice of the
scriptures.
· Always thinking of God - God Consciousness. In
doing your duty, remember God.
9. Worship God Alone. About Virgin Mary and Saints, I must warn you as follows, “There
is no Angel or Saint who wants you to pray to him/her. Every Angel or Saint
wants you to know and worship God only.”
8 Again, the devil took
Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the
world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give
You if You will fall down and worship me."
10 Then Jesus said to
him, "Away
with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You
shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' "
Matthew 4:8-10
If you must
ascend to the mountain top to enter the golden city, you must drop certain
practices which constitute hindrances to you. All the claims about Angels and
saints are like the parable of the travelers who were going to a destination.
On their way, they saw a signpost. Then they settled round the post to worship
it, instead of continuing to their destination. The fact that you have done it
for so many years is never an excuse.
The claim that statues help people to visualize all about God
is a fabrication of falsehood and the deceptions of the enemy. All that God
wants from you is a peaceful and quiet mind that is as calm as the water in a
glass. Keep your mind free and leave the rest to Him. I speak out of twenty
years of experience, and as one who has seen the Lord Almighty on so many
occasions. The least distraction or diversion of attention would leave you
behind.
On this note,
warn those who go to church with handsets. They do not know the God they
worship. Many have lost their blessings because of handset. They do not know
what it means to stand in the presence of the Most High. Eternity is like a
second. In spirit, you move and do things only by intention and attention. The
moment your attention is diverted, you are left behind.
Some teach
that you have to worship the god of the sun, if you want to go to the sun. Or
worship the god of a planet in order to go to the planet. The worship is not
necessary. All you need do is place your attention on the sun. Spirit moves by
will. Decide to be there, and you are there. Motion at will. You can go to any place just by meditation,
intention and attention. If your intention, attention and concentration are
strong enough. That was why Sir Isaac Newton was able to understand and explain
the law of gravity, which many have overlooked for centuries. Hear his
testimony, “If I have succeeded in my inquiries more than others, I owe it less to
any superior strength of the mind than to a habit of patient thinking.” Thinking
is an intentional and attentive exercise.
10.Constant Devotion. By being ever mindful of God.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all
your heart. Jeremiah 29:13
In doing your
work, remember God. The person whose music set is playing Godly song and music
while he is at work or in leisure, is a far better devotee than the person is
playing a worldly song or music.
11.Chant The Names Of God, by singing praises, within and
without worship. Observe and see that singing of praises is on the rise. It is
a sign that spiritual awakening is taking place. But the rate is still very
slow, sluggish indeed.
A spiritual
assessment of the praises show that what many congregations call sessions of
praises are like children's play - a careless muddle up of songs. Most of the
songs are still being presented in the wrong order and manner.
At times, the
praises that would draw the Angels near, end up scaring them away. Yet, nobody
wants to be corrected.
12.Value Your Dreams, Visions, Trances,
Etc.
How can you draw the Angels closer to
yourself when you everyday ignore and mock their messages? An Angel travels
more than 93 million miles to earth to deliver a message to you, and you wake
up and say, “It is a fever dream.” If your Guardian Angels do not give dreams,
visions and trances to you, then what else are they doing for you? If you do
have bad dreams or visions, pray God to dispel forces of darkness from you and
let in the light of Holy Spirit.
13.Learn To Forgive And Forget. When you forgive and forget, you set your
spirit from the forces of darkness which prevent people from ascending to the
heavens. Stop bearing grudges; stop complaining; stop nagging; stop murmuring;
and stop revenging. Avoid quarrelling or vulgar words. Otherwise you are bound
to the world of matter.
Get Over Your Past
We all have past. It is our prison, our excuse, or our springboard to the
future. One thing is certain, until we break the chain that ties us to it, we
can never move forward.
Recently, I saw a bulldog chained to a post in a neighbour’s backyard, and the
chain was all the more cruel, because of the dog’s obvious desire to be free.
Haven’t you seen the same thing? People, who should have being movers and
shakers, reduced to nonentities in life. Why? Because they are chained to the
past by their unforgiving heart.
Just a single chain around the dog’s neck incapacitated its entire body. That’s
how it works! Bitterness is like a chain around the neck of your life
potential; choking the life out of your freedom and joy, and making even the
sweet taste of your success turn sour in your mouth.
May be you have been hurt, and you are saying, “I’ll never forgive them unless
they admit what they have done, and ask for my forgiveness”. What if they never
do? Why should your happiness depend on their ability to do what’s right
especially if they are not in the habit of doing it. You are giving them too
much power!
The word ‘forgive’ literally means to “get it out.” It has nothing to do with
the other person. The test of love is to forgive the guilty. Are you struggling
with parents who abandoned or abused you? Forgive and release them; otherwise
you will waste all your emotional energy keeping them in the prison of your
resentment. Think what that does to you. Whatever you don’t forgive, you are
destined to suffer the agony thereof. Unforgiveness is the umbilical cord that
keeps you tied to the past. When you forgive you cut the cord.

14.Know That You Are A Light.
You came as light from Light, and to
this Light you shall return. It is this light that is spirit and it is life.
That is why you are the image and likeness of God. God is Spirit. The same
Spirit is Light and is Life.
15.Recognize That God Is In Your Heart
Waiting For You To Find Him.
“And you shall seek and find me, when you seek me with all your
heart.”
Yourself is the gate of heaven.

When you see the pictures of
beautiful Angels, remember that you are seeing the picture of your future self.
That is the truth, and it is glorious – The Father’s glory, indeed.
Turn your intention and attention
heavenwards.
17.Know Yourself As Spirit, And Not As
Flesh.
The spirit is like a balloon tied to
a weight. The weight prevents the balloon from flying up to the sky. When you
know yourself as a spirit, you cut the thread. That is why Jesus do say, “According
to you faith.” Those who believe that they are spirits, live as spirits,
and those who believe that they are flesh live like flesh. There are many
things which the spirit can do or see, which things the flesh cannot do or see.
Jesus explained this clearly saying, “It is the spirit that gives life. The flesh
is of no avail. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.”
John 6:63 again, He warned that “But the hour is coming, and now is, when
the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father
is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must
worship in spirit and truth."
John 4:23-24
18.Avoid Attachment. Do not be possessive. Avoid
attachment to people, things, environments or properties. Become passers-by.
That is why Jesus warned that you should not refuse whoever that borrows from
you, and that if any person takes what belongs to you, do not go to get it
back.
Learn to live
your life like the air. It sees all things. It moves over lands and seas. It
reaches and experiences all things. Yet, it does not cling to them.
It does not
spend its time hoarding. It neither regrets loss, nor is it disappointed when
things are lacking.
By detaching
itself from all physical things, it becomes very mobile, roving over the face
of the world. There is no place, where it does not enter.
It does not
have properties; still, it enjoys all properties as if they belong to it, just
as the poor driver enjoys cruising about in the car of his master. This driver
enjoys the car, as if he is the owner.
If you want
to get freedom, then give freedom to all things, to all living and non-living
things.
If you want
to see God, you must become like the light, which sees all things. And yet, it
neither complains of the ugly things nor grumble of the heat or cold. It
accepts all things with open mind, without grudges.
Avoid being
jealous.
You
have attained freedom of heart, mind and spirit when you start behaving like a
living saint because, “... I no longer mourn for the dead. I do
not regret loss. I have disappointment without being disappointed. I receive
insults as if I am not the one being insulted. I remain calm in the face of
changing situations. At times people say to me, "You are so quiet."
Only few see beyond the veil and see the Spirit within me that a reverend
sister once said to me, "When people see you, they say you are quiet, not
knowing that they are seeing Intelligence.”
19.Keep The Commandments Of God.
Avoid man-made doctrines. I must
warn you to investigate your religious beliefs and practices. This is because
many of the teachings and commandments of God have been turned upside down.
Jesus Himself neither changed any law nor authorized any person to do so.
“17 "Do not think that I came to
destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven
and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law
till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever
therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so,
shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches
them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. ” Matthew 5:17-20
20.Seek And Grow In The Knowledge Of
God. It is not
enough to believe. And reading one holy book is not enough. Good Study Habit
is both necessary and compulsory. Is it not surprising that many want to go
to heaven, but do not care to read about God, heaven or life? They fail to see
the need for spiritual and divine study. Many have Holy Books, carry the books
about, but do not care to read them. They assume that they are qualified, when
in fact, they have not even started.
Those who cannot read Holy
Books and/or cannot write, should go to school even for that purpose only.
Those who can no longer go to school in this life, should pray that they do so
in their next life time. To be able to read about God and life is an enough
reason for one to strive to be literate.
21.Be Sincere. Let your ‘yes’ be yes, and your ‘no’
be no. Anything more than these comes from evil. Avoid lies, even little ones
or those lies you joke with. It is better for traders to use price tags, than
to be haggling each time customers come to their shops.
Today, the world encourages
dishonesty and hypocrisy. People call it ‘being smart,’ ‘being clever,’ ‘being sharp’ or ‘diplomacy.’
The heavens call it hypocrisy. And hypocrites cannot enter the kingdom.
22.Emulate God, And Inquire From Him
about your plans, decisions and actions. Do not just do things simply
because you can do it. Follow the footsteps of God. Do things the way God would
do them.
23.Give Glory To God, for your successes and
achievements. Many still boast of what they can do or accomplish on their own.
In some societies, the current trend is to add high-sounding names as titles, prefixes
or appellations. Many answer big names, which they have not merited, even
without doing anything for the society. Jesus warned against such practices.
"Let your light (spirit and righteousness) so shine before men, that
they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
Matthew 5:16
For example,
you can eat food. But it is not you who produced the land, agriculture, food,
or the means for processing our food. Again, when you eat, it is not you who
produced the teeth for chewing, the tongue for taste, the throat for
swallowing, the saliva for convenience, or the process of digestion. You only
use these things which have been made available by God.
Give glory to
God.
24.Depend Solely On God. Today, people are made to think that
they must depend on somebody to get whatever they want. In the society, everyone
is made to think that he must depend on somebody else in order to get whatever
he needs. That is why discussions are often begun by stating how closely
related a person is, how is a relation to somebody who knows the benefactor or
through a friend intermediary.
These
teachings are deceptions of the enemy. By so doing, he turns people's hearts
away from God - people claim to worship only one God, but are busy practising
polytheism, serving many gods.
Those who
make people depend on persons or things other than God, put themselves into
greater danger. You make people transfer their dependence on God to other
things, when you encourage or practise preferential treatment and favouritism.
For example,
God can ensure a youth’s education through another person the youth does not
know, whom the youth had not even seen or by an opportunity that the youth may
not know about.
And I must
warn you, it is not proper to leave your worship to attend to some other thing
or person, especially when such can be done at another time. Likewise, it is
spiritually wrong to respond to your handset while you are at worship.
Unfortunately, the practice of answering handsets inside the churches, even
during worship, is becoming common. How blind and ignorant people are! Worst of
all, they do not want to be corrected. As long as people are passionate about
their handsets, or any other thing else, they bind themselves to the world of
matter, cannot ascend to the heavens and therefore are bound to reincarnate.
Trust In God
You are free to engage in any lucrative business. But bear in mind that
your wellbeing comes from the Lord. Therefore, when you establish a business,
take care of the business, but do not put your trust in it as if it is the
sustainer of your life. Do not consider it as the only source of income. And in
all business considerations, do not take decisions that are against the
commandments of God. While you continue in your everyday business activities,
remember that God can bring fortunes to you in whichever way He chooses.
25.Have Little Or No Sense Of Ego
(Self).
It was Jesus’ teaching that His
believer (every true devotee) must deny himself, carry his cross and follow
Him, for the believer to be worthy to enter the kingdom. To deny oneself means
to become selfless, forget about yourself and attend to the needs of others.
One of the
major aims of a saint is to rise above the self (ego). How come the society and
reverends are now conferring titles on people, youths, students and
seminarians? Each is given a big name, even without achieving anything for the
society. The titles and appellations boast the ego (self), when the ego
supposes to be silenced for a person to grow in spirit, experience bliss and
union with God. They forget that on several occasions, the Israelites wanted to
make Jesus king, but Jesus would not allow them.
Think less of
yourself. Think more of others. Attend to the needs of others. And do not seek
money, wealth, fame or opportunity just for selfish purposes.
26.Begin To Live In Spirit And In Truth
To
know the truth, you have to look at the world with the eyes of the Spirit, and
not through the eyes of the ego (self), religion, culture, tribe, colour or
materialism. The ego is always selfish. It is an illusion which seeks to
dominate the spirit, but then it cannot do so. The same ego is temporary, and
is only necessary for a while. The same
is true of religion, culture, tribe or materialism.
Peace and
real freedom come from within. For you to achieve the two, you have to rise
above the mind, above the ego (self), and be able to live in the Spirit and
look at everything with the eyes of this Spirit. Make a start, and the spirit
will take over and lead you home (heaven). One day, you look back, only to be
surprised at how very far, spiritually, you have already gone.
27.Cultivate Humility and Simplicity. Humility does mean to be poor or
wretched. It simply means being ready to render necessary services to whoever
that needs it, without minding what you are.
Practice simplicity, by adopting the principle of “Sufficient
is enough.” No unnecessary extras or embellishments.

Take refuge
in the Lord Almighty. Always remember and pray that God deliver you from the
hell fire. Jesus did the same when He prayed, “Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit.” This word of
submission, when made just before death, even by the worst sinner, can save a
person from eternal doom. The thief crucified on the right side of Jesus did so
and was instantly saved, when he said, “Lord,
remember me in your paradise.” Immediately, Jesus replied, “Today, you shall be with me in paradise.” You
can as well pray Jesus to save you with His precious blood.
All that God
wants from you is repentance. For truly I say to you, blessed indeed is the
worst sinner who repents of his wrong doings, for he still remains a son of the
Most High, with full rights and privileges. God does not cast a person into
hell fire because the person sinned, but because the person refuses to repent.
Parable Of The Only Wise Man
A thousand men went on a travel in search of precious pearls. When they got to a
far away city, they decided to settle down and live in the city. While they
were residents in the city, they acquired various kinds of wealth: gold,
silver, diamond, etc. They built houses and lived a life of affluence.
Among the one thousand men was one wise man. He reasoned that the city was not
his home. Therefore, each time he acquired a precious wealth, he sold it and
sent the money home, to his bank account. After many years, he became a very
rich man, and yet unknown in his city of residence.
One day, there was a dispute in the city, and the dispute led to a war.
It happened that all foreigners should leave the city. All strangers were not
allowed to take even a little of their great wealth.
When the thousand men returned
to their home city, they became men of great poverty, living a wretched life.
Only that wise man became abundantly rich and renowned.
Interpretation: This
parable explains the future of every person, who does not use earthly wealth to
accumulate heavenly wealth. A wise man will use the little light he has to gain
more light. There is no wisdom better than this.
You accumulate heavenly treasures when you engage in: acts of selflessness,
charity, mercy, growing in spirit and in truth, support to divine work, even if
you are not a reverend minister, etc.

PEACE OF MIND
Heaven Begins With Peace Of Mind
Everyone desires peace of mind. We all know the importance. However, only very
few know how to develop it.
The mind is a great and useful instrument, which you need to master and use to
your advantage. It should not be allowed to rule over your life. You should be
able to silence it, and you can. Silence the mind, and its erratic thoughts
will cease. Then, you can enter into the glorious kingdom within. The kingdom
of peace, poise and life, wherein is abundant and evergreen pasture.
True inner peace does not depend on external conditions and circumstances. It
is developed and made manifest by the ability to remain calm and undisturbed in
changing situations. It is the ability to be in control of the situation, even
in difficult and unpleasant situations. It is important not only when things
move smoothly, but especially in times of trouble, difficulties or danger. Then
it counts most.
A state of inner peace eliminates anxieties, fears, worries, negative thoughts,
stress, lack of satisfaction and unhappiness. It is a state of emotional and
mental poise, happiness, confidence and inner strength.
Peace, joy, gladness, freedom, bliss and enjoyment are not in the outside
world. They are inside us, are part of us and are us. You only need to open the
fountain inside you and these good things of life shall become abundant in your
life. That is why Jesus said, “I give you peace, but not as the world
gives.” People seek these things outside themselves, and in their
possessions, instead of seeking them within. “All my springs are in you,”
says the Almighty. Psalm 87:7

How To Develop And Ensure Peace Of Mind
1. Understand that your life does not
depend on worldly possessions and honours. Yourself is part and parcel of life.
You are life manifest.
2. Learn to be actively calm, and calmly
active.
3. Do not always feel that all is lost
when mistakes or failures occur. When a mistake is made, do not spend your time
complaining or nagging. A polite correction is far better than all the
criticisms. Have you not observed a mistake that was a master stroke to
success?
4. Learn to be patient and tolerant with
people and events. Many delays work to your own advantage. God teaches us this
by answering our prayers one after the other, in ways we never expect.
5. Learn to practice meditation. A few
minutes of meditation a day makes a great difference in our life.
6. Practise detachment, become less
attached to money, wealth, people or places.
7. Let bygones be gone. Forget the past,
and concentrate on the moment. Do not evoke unpleasant memories and confuse
your mind with them.
8. Avoiding dismissing people with angry
words. The sharpest sword is the word spoken in anger.
9. Instead of rebuking and complaining,
find easy ways to settle or solve minor provocations.
10.Avoid incessant complains, nagging,
criticisms, outbursts, etc. Those who exhibit these behaviours think that they
are being wise and bold. Unknown to them, they not only speed up their entrance
into hell fire, but also bind themselves to it.
11.Reduce the amount of time you read,
hear or receive bad news or watch the same on TV.
12.Stay away from negative conversations
and from negative people.
13.Do not hold grudges. Learn to forgive
and forget. Keeping ill feelings and grievances hurts you and causes lack of
sleep. Besides, they keep you bound to the regions of darkness (hell), such
that you cannot ascend to the bright regions of heaven. Forgiveness sets
your mind and heart free.
14.Do not be jealous of others. Jealousy
lowers your self-esteem and self-confidence. It not only leads to lack of inner
peace, it also breeds evil thoughts and makes you a witch.
15.Accept whatever that cannot be
changed. This attitude saves a lot of time and energy.
16.Keep away from unnecessary noise,
disturbances etc.
17.Always relax yourself.
18.Do not allow yourself to become
worried, anxious, etc. Commit your concern into the hands of God.
19.Do not be easily offended. Avoid
anger.
20.Write persistent problems or needs on
a paper and keep the paper away. Soon, cares and worries about them fade out.
21.Stay in a cool, quiet place, for
rest. Do so sometimes, or as often as you can.
22.Do relax in an open place where there
is breeze. Air is a very good purifier of thought, self and body.
23.Do not sleep in a room without good
ventilation.
24.Take time to look at the sky, clouds,
serene or quiet environment.
25.Consider a glass full of water.
Consider how quiet and motionless the water inside it is.
26.Ready about God or heavenly life.
27.Refresh yourself by walking about in
the neighbourhood.
28.Go to bed on time, and wake up on
time.
29.Do not allow midnights call to become
a nuisance.
30.Do not make yourself a slave to the
handset. Regulate the use of handsets.
31.Do exercise, which helps to calm the
mind and body.

corpse or ugly things.
Live the moment only,
and you will find yourself happily living the eternity.

You do not need to fight the battle. Learn from Moses, who always trusted in
the Lord. Whenever he needed victory, he would only say, “Arise, Oh Lord,
and let your enemies be scattered.” And the Angels will swing into action
to clear the way for him and the Israelites. All you need do is to gain
self-knowledge and live a righteous life. Then call upon God at the time of
your need, and He will answer you.

Meaning Of Purity Of Heart
A pure heart is a heart that is:
a. Devoid of evil. It does not think of
evil, let alone say or do it.
b. A heart that is open-minded. Somebody
who is truly seeking for the Truth is ready to find and know the Truth, not
minding whether it is from within or outside his religion, culture, convention,
environment, etc.
c. He is so humble that he learns the
truth from whosoever that knows the truth.
d. Not fond of attachment to people,
place or thing.
e. Full of peace of mind. Do not allow
the cares and worries of this earthly life to disturb your peace of mind.
f. Able to treat all alike, not minding
whether they are rich or poor, great or small, saint or sinner.
g. Like the heart of children.
How To Make Your Heart
Pure
1. Engage yourself in good thoughts,
good words and good actions. Always.
2. Forget your past sins. God is full of
loving-kindness, mercy and generosity.
3. Forget your past failures. Do not
spend your time thinking about them. What you call failures are stepping stones
to success. The fact that you recognize them as failures means that you are now
wiser than before.
4. Forget your past regrets. Regret is a
burden to the Holy Spirit.
5. Forget your past disappointments.
6. Forgive and forget past offences.
Forgiveness frees your mind and soul.
7. Discourage evil reports. Discourage
people from bringing evil reports to you, except where it is absolutely
necessary.
8. Avoid pride and pomposity. Give God
the glory, because all actions are performed by forces of nature.
9. Abstain from evil films and videos.
Whatever you watch sows its kind of seeds into your heart and mind.
10.Avoid excessive desire for this and
that. According to God’s commandants, you should not desire what belongs to
another person.
11.To keep your heart always pure,
engage yourself in helping others in which ever way possible.
12.Observes quiet times for peace,
refreshment and cleansing.
13.Ensure decency in dressing, in
thoughts, in words and in actions.
14.Consider God’s statement, “It has
been very hard for me to come in the midst of mankind; anybody who wants to
find me should practice and ensure purity.” This statement means that God
will not come in the midst of people who have distractions, fears, cares and
worries, hustles and bustles, noise and boisterous life, indecency and
immorality, regrets and grudges, lust and attachment.
Causes And Remedies For Impurity
Impurity is caused by intention,
attention, contact and acceptance.
By intention, when a person has evil intention, such as to steal, to
slander, or to kill.
By attention, when a person places
his attention or gaze on what is evil, especially because he likes it or
delights in it.
By contact, when something
evil touches a person.
By acceptance, when an evil is
accepted or welcome without any move to reject or refuse.
Therefore, a person can restore
(regain) his purity by repentance, detachment, separation and rejection.
By repentance, a person refrains from evil intentions, in order to
do good (good intentions).
By detachment, a person does not
place his attention on the object of evil, especially because his life does not
depend on the object.
By separation, a person avoids
contact with what is evil.
By rejection, a person shows beyond all reasonable doubt that he
does not accept or welcome the evil.
During the time of Jesus, many were pure in heart;
but they were not open-mined.
And among those that were open-minded,
many were not humble enough
to learn from the young Jesus.

BECOME AS CALM AS THE WATER IN A GLASS

Put water in a glass, keep it on a table
and spend a long time looking at it. The time you spend looking at it may be so
long that you would not even know when you fall asleep while looking at it.

noise or sound.
5. It does not complain.
6. It does not worry of anything.
7. It remains calm in the face of
changing situations.

environment, and yet it maintains silence.

not murmur against cold.

not expect thanks or rewards.

many things.

quarreling, fighting, gossiping or backbiting.

SELFLESSNESS

Selflessness

Joshua does, even on the television is both necessary and compulsory. What
Pastor T B Joshua does on the television is very good. It is true that such
acts have to be in secret. But the world has so degenerated to low level of
love and mercy that it has become necessary to demonstrate publicly that such
acts of love, kindness and mercy are not only necessary, but also compulsory
for everyone who wants to enter the kingdom.
Engage yourself in selfless services,
in helping people, in running errands and by attending to people’s needs. By so
doing you achieve the following:
1. You set yourself free from the
consequences (karma) of your sins in your previous and present lives. The
person who is selfless is a better devotee than the person who spends his time
praying for forgiveness. In the Parable of the Shrewd Servant, the
guilty servant did not pray for forgiveness. All that he did to gain and retain
his master's acceptance was to help his fellow servants.
2. You discover, recover and improve your
talents. Today, many youths complain that they do not know their talents. The
problem is not that they do not know their talents. The real problem is that
they do not run errands again, and they do not render selfless service to
people. Therefore, their talents fold up, instead of flowering (blossoming).
Jesus made this fact clear in the 'Parable of the Talents' –
24 "Then he who had received the one talent came and
said, 'Lord, I knew you to be a hard man (you
did not give me many talents like you gave to others), reaping where you
have not sown (it is not possible to get
much from a little), and gathering where you have not scattered seed (I refused to be used by you or for other
people's benefit). 25 And I was afraid (therefore,
I was lazy), and went and hid your talent in the ground (I was avoiding opportunities to help or
serve others). Look, there you have what is yours (I have no talent because this one you gave me does not belong to me,
but to you).'
26 "But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant (very selfish and lazy, indeed), you
knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered
seed. 27 So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers (you suppose to have used the little you
have to gain over much), and at my coming I would have received back my own
with interest. 28 So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten
talents. (On several occasions, you have
heard ministers of God preach this sermon. The one thing missing is that they
failed to tell you that you are the one servant who refused to use his precious
talent, because you are always avoiding opportunities to help and serve
people.)
29 'For to everyone who has (who uses what he has, more will be given;
he gains more talents), and he will have abundance (and gains much wealth); but from him who does not have (who does not use what he has), even
what he has will be taken away (the
talents fold up as if he has none). 30 And cast the unprofitable servant
into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (because you did not use your talents to
benefit people, you must suffer the karma of your misdeeds).' Matthew

3. You increase your heavenly accounts.
It is a pity that children of God do not know that they have heavenly accounts
just as they have earthly bank accounts. Worse still, they do not know how to
increase their heavenly treasures. You increase your heavenly treasures simply
by rendering selfless services to God and mankind.
4. You overcome the notion of duality,
which is like a hindrance in the path of your spiritual progress.
5. You overcome the world by freeing
yourself from the cycle of rebirth, decay, disease and death, called
reincarnation.
6. You develop and unfold your bright,
glorious and mighty spirit self.
7. You attain God: see God, know God and
become one with God.
Chapter 7
SELF-KNOWLEDGE
You shall know the truth and the truth
shall set you free. When you know the truth, you will know the right things to
do.
Self-knowledge means discovering and
experiencing yourself as spirit - as a bright, glorious and mighty spirit being
- as a Small God: the image and likeness of God. It means to awaken the Christ
in you, the hope of glory. It means to know that death is an illusion, not
real, however true it seems to appear.
Ultimate self-knowledge means that
God is within (inside) all things, controlling them, and without (outside) all
things, centering them. It is just as the sun is outside the earth, controlling
the earth by revolution and rotation, and inside the earth, as light,
sustaining life, and inside the ground, as heat, empowering reactions. And just
as the electric bulb is outside the insects that swarm around it and at the
same time all the insects are within the bulb’s ambient light.
He is Undivided (One), and yet
appears to be Divided because He is within all things. The person who attains
this knowledge sees the Undivided One in all things, because He pervades,
animates and dominates all things; and also the person sees all things in the
Undivided One, because His light enfolds all. That is how God is All-in-All.
Such a person attains God. To attain
God means to see, hear, touch, experience God and become one with Him. That is
why Jesus was always happy and bold to say, "The Father and I are one." And I repeat the same, once
more, even twice and thrice, "The Father and I are one!"
By this self-knowledge, one overcomes
death and illusion. He knows the Truth. You
are what you know. Since Truth is everlasting and invincible, the
person also becomes everlasting, and does not die because death does not exist.
He overcomes the world, just as Jesus overcame the world.

SILENCE IS THE ABODE OF GOD
Quiet Times
Observe quiet times for rest and for
spiritual growth. That was why Jesus said to His disciples, “Come away by
yourselves to a lonely place, and have rest for your souls.” The ability to
free the mind from all concerns is the opening of the door into spiritual life,
bliss and experience. God wants peace of mind in everyone, so that He can
manifest Himself from time to time. That is why He says, "Be still, and
know that I am God;" Psalms 46:10
But people would not heed warning.
They prefer the bustle and hustle of everyday life, always engaging in
boisterous activities. Everyday, more and more of the people add to the already
high level of noise in the name of business, by increasing the level and
diversity of the noise called music, using booming music shops and bombarding
sounds of various descriptions. So much noise simply means that humanity are
everyday pulling down their spiritual level. It means that everyday, people are
striving away from heaven and fleeing, heedlessly, to hell. Indeed, many are
already at the gate of hell, without knowing it.
They refused the Sabbath ordained by God, preferring to establish their own
days of worship. Even their days of rest and worship, they have turned into a
day of social activities of various descriptions. Why are people heedlessly
running to hell fire that is everlasting? A person, who cannot withstand the
little fire in his cooking place, is steadily moving into an
unquenchable fire that is fiercer
than the burning sun?

The Sole Purpose Of Life On Earth
A farmer took the seeds
of a plant and sowed them in a field. After many years, he came back to the

seed had developed into the same nature as its parent tree
We are each a “God-in-Seed
Form” sent to the world, so that we can pass through series of diverse
experiences and become developed (perfect) even as our Heavenly Father is
perfect. The world is God’s own school. Therefore, we are sent to the world to
develop and realize ourselves as each a Small God – Bright, Glorious and
Mighty! All because experience is the best teacher. That is why Jesus said that
He has overcome and is seating down with God on His (God’s) throne. He further
said that He is waiting for others who would overcome to sit down with the
Father and Himself on the same throne.

Therefore, the primary
purpose of life on earth is not our everyday business engagements. It is not
our education, which we strive earnestly for. It is not even marriage as some
people have been made to believe and pursue. It is not public recognition and
fame as many wish for and aim at.
The primary purpose of
our life on earth is for each of us to develop our Godliness, to become perfect
even as God is perfect. All other things are secondary: wealth, money,
education, employment, fame, recognition, etc
Unfortunately, majority of mankind are
either neglecting this most important assignment or are ignorant of it. They
are the virgins who fail to provide oil for their lamps. They fail to prepare
themselves adequately for the coming everlasting life.

CONSCIOUSNESS AND LIFE
Meaning Of Consciousness
Consciousness is the state of knowledge and experience of self. It refers to what
a person thinks about always or from time to time. It is the state of a
person’s life, heart, mind, soul and spirit. What a person always thinks about
or engages in.
A conscious person knows that he
exists, and he experiences himself. He can claim to be an individual, and can
defend his rights, privileges and honour. He has the free will and free choice
to decide what he wants and what he doe not want. For example, somebody is
self-conscious if he knows that he exists, is mindful of what he does and controls
what he does. A person who exists, but is not aware of himself or what he does
is said to be unconscious of his environment.
Consciousness is also the
state of combination of self, knowledge and experience. A person is conscious
of hunger because he is aware of the following:
1. His existence.
2. He knows what hunger is.
3. He is hungry and knows that he is
hungry.
In that case, he knows and experiences himself and hunger. Therefore, he is
able to say, “I am hungry.” He knows himself; he knows hunger; and he
experiences both himself and hunger at the same time.
Also, consciousness means what you
are always thinking about; what you feel from time to time; what frequently
occupies your mind; your intentions and attention.
The Law Of Consciousness
In other words, a person is whatever he is always conscious of. A man becomes
whatever he is always thinking about. This is a law of life. That is why
mystics advocate God Consciousness -
being always aware (mindful) of God, so that you become like God.
Why It Is Not Always Good To Be Conscious Of Sin
The above reason explains why it is not always good to be talking of sin or be
thinking about sin. The more people place their attention on sin, the more they
remain sinful, without knowing it. Jesus healed many simply by telling them
that their sins have been forgiven. He knows that they were being tormented by
the burden of sin or sense of guilt. By forgiving their sin, he set them free
from their burden and torment. He frees their consciousness, just as you clean
a slate in order to write a new thing on it.
Spirit becomes whatever it wants by intention, attention and action. It is like
you would have a diffused floodlight. Then you focus it on at point by
intention, attention or action. Then the light becomes concentrated, builds up
heat and starts to burn. When a spirit places intention or attention on
something, it begins to act or achieve whatever it wants to be done. In spirit,
thinking is action. Jesus explained this by saying that whoever that looks at a
woman, lustfully, has already committed fornication.
But why are the Christians always
talking of sin, instead of rejoicing and praising God for His everlasting
salvation, which He has given free to mankind? It is because of the figments of
imagination, the fabrications of falsehood and the deceptions of the enemy,
which have overshadowed true religious beliefs and practices. A price is never
paid twice, and the Almighty has paid the only price necessary.
Why People Are Not Conscious Of God
People know that God exists, but have not seen or experienced Him. Therefore,
they only believe that He exists. They are not conscious of God because they
have not experienced Him. They do not know what to do in order to see
experience God. The religious leaders, who are trusted by the teeming
congregations, have neither seen God nor do they know what people should to see
God. That is the great tragedy of life. Thank God the way is wide open. All that
people need do is learn from someone who already knows.
Whatever a person has not experienced,
That he does not know.
Therefore, you must pray and desire to experience God, even once. Once is
enough to stir your spirit, and make the words in the scriptures become
meaningful and interesting to you. Pray and desire for encounter with God,
Jesus Christ or Holy Spirit. Your friends, the Angels, are waiting for you!
The Three States of Consciousness
Three states of consciousness are the Subconsciousness, Consciousness and
Superconsciousness. Some mystics refer to the three states as the sleep state,
the dream state and the wake state.
Majority of the humanity are at sleep
state of life. That means that majority are not only spiritually dead, they are
also blind, deaf, dumb, lame and paralyzed. The situation is so bad that Jesus
said, “Leave the dead to bury their own
dead (Leave those who are spiritually
ignorant to continue in their preferred state of sluggishness and blindness,
because however well you try to redirect them, they would not let you do so).”
Many are at the dream state of life.
They engage different types of religious beliefs and practices. Yet, they have
not made effort to seek and know the Truth. That is why religions have become
figments of imagination, the fabrications of falsehood and the deceptions of
the enemy. Even without the public knowing it.
At the same time, few are really
awake. They have sought for the Truth and have found it. I must warn you. You
must by-pass religions to find the Truth. Until you do that, you are only
delaying your spiritual progress and perfection. Religions are the shadows of
Truth. Religions were meant to bring you close to the Truth. “You
must worship God to know Him, and know Him to worship Him.”
What Happens At The Subconscious Level
At
the subconscious level, you seem to be unaware of what is going on. The
subconscious activities seem to be beyond your control.
What Happens At The Conscious Level
At the conscious level, man is self-knowing and self-directing. He takes
decisions, by exercising free will and free choice. He is fully aware of his
actions and is in control of them.
What Happens At The Superconscious Level
At the superconscious level, man becomes one with God. He is no longer himself
as a separate individual. God’s will become his own will. One will. Then man
experiences God. His thoughts, words and actions are perfect, devoid of error,
fault, mistake, sin, defect, defilement or fear. At this state, a man can
command a mountain; he can make statements that hold fast; he can know without
any person teaching him; he can speak any language, which he has not heard or
learnt before (speaking in tongues); he can perform miracles; etc. No, it is no
longer the man acting. God is working in him and through him. He is then like Jesus who always say that
the Father is in Him.
Philip said to Him, "Lord, show
us the Father, and it is sufficient for us." 9 Jesus said to him,
"Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He
who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, 'Show us the Father'?
10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me ? The words
that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who
dwells in Me does the works. 11 Believe Me that I am in the Father and the
Father in Me , or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.” John 14:8-11
Body, Soul And Spirit
Man is like
a product in a packet. First, the product is inside a water-proof. Then, both
product and water-proof are inside the packet. The product is neither the
water-proof nor the packet. The three only co-exist and do not mix. The product
is the spirit of man. It is inside the water-proof, which represents the soul.
The soul only enables the spirit to interact with the body. It does the work of
an adaptor, a facilitator, intermediary or catalyst. It is neither the action
nor the doer. It only enables the doer (spirit) to perform action (use the
body). The body is the packet.
Looking from the outside, the packet appears to be the main product, the real
thing. But from the inside, the product is quite different from the packet.
Whatever the product does, the water-proof and packet does as well, because
they move together. However, it is only the product that performs the action
and knows what is being done. The water-proof and packet (body and soul) do not
know what is being done and cannot perform action on their one. They only
respond to commands and actions, without knowing what they do. They are
unconscious, while the product (spirit) is conscious.
Sleep And Consciousness
When you sleep, it is only the body that sleeps. That means that it is only the
body that rests. The soul and spirit do not sleep because they do not get tired
or weak. That is why a sleeping person can make body movements. The spirit
continues to be conscious (active) during sleep, while the body rests.
According to Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia,
“Much
of the surge in sleep and dream research was directly fueled by a discovery
relevant to the nature of consciousness. A physiological indicator of the dream
state was found: At roughly 90-minute intervals, the eyes of sleepers were
observed to move rapidly, and at the same time the sleepers' brain waves would
show a pattern resembling the waking state. When people were awakened during
these periods of rapid eye movement, they almost always reported dreams,
whereas if awakened at other times they did not. This and other research
clearly indicated that sleep, once considered a passive state (rest of the
body), was instead an active state of consciousness (spirit is always awake and

During sleep, the soul which enables the body and spirit to respond to each
other is on break. Then, its function is relaxed, absent or disabled. Like a
link, it separates the body from the spirit. Their may be occasional link up or
disconnection. When there is a connection, the body only responds to whatever
the spirit is doing by doing exactly what the spirit is doing. And when there
is no connection, the body lies down on the bed like a log of wood. In other words,
the body may be at rest (motionless), while the spirit is always awake.
The body and soul are tools, which the spirit uses. The only difference between
them and ordinary tools is that an ordinary tool can have any shape, whereas
body and soul tend to have the same shape, the same shape as demanded and
specified by the spirit. The spirit indwells the soul, and both indwell the
body. That is to say that the spirit indwells the two at the same time and can
manipulate them – make them do whatever the spirit wants. In other words, the
human being is a masked spirit. Man is more or less a masquerade. When man
makes a masquerade, he is only making another masquerade of a masquerade.
Change Of Consciousness
People change consciousness by intention, attention and action. A man can
decide what he wants to do or think about. He can also decide to place his
attention (focus his mind) on a different thing. The result is that the more a
man thinks about something, the more he becomes conscious and one with that
thing. By so doing, a man practices attachment (possessiveness), and whatever
happens to that thing automatically happens to the man, because his heart and
hope are set on that thing. More so, he believes it that he is equally
affected, when it is not so. The spirit makes a reality of whatever you
believe. Those who believe in the truth gain life, while those who believe in
falsehood lose experience doom.
A good change in consciousness is possible by the following:
1. Selflessness, which makes a person to
think less of himself and more of others.
2. Self-knowledge, which enables a man
to know what he actually is (spirit), not what he thinks that he is (body,
flesh).
3. Mediation, the intentional placing of
attention on Goodness, Bliss, Heaven and God.
4. Reading about God.
Detachment And Consciousness
You detach yourself from life situations by not thinking about them. This was a
major teaching of Jesus Christ.
25 "Therefore I say to you, do
not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about
your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more
than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap
nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more
value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
28 "So why do you worry about
clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil
nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not
arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field,
which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more
clothe you, O you of little faith?
31
"Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we
drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32 For after all these things the Gentiles
seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But
seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall
be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will

Consciousness And Meditation
Meditation is the self-directed procedure of physical relaxation and focused
attention. This is all about Yoga you hear about.
Transcendental Meditation is concerned with the realization – knowledge and
experience - of one spirit pervading the entire universe. It explains the
spiritual side of life, convincing us that every manifestation has both
physical and spiritual dimensions, with the spiritual dimension animating and
dominating the physical. The physical seems to dominate the spiritual, whereas it
is the spiritual that determine, animate, dominate and control the physical.
Consciousness And Attention
The
human body uses hands and legs. In the same way, a spirit uses intention and
attention. A human being moves things by
holding and moving them, but a spirit can move things just by intention,
attention or by command. That is by will, by willing it, by will power. Just
decide what you want, and it is done. Doing things at will.
The
intention and attention act like gum that makes the spirit stick (cling) to
whatever it places attention on. That is why Jesus said, “Blessed is he whose heart is not in what he sees.” If the person’s
heart is in what he sees, it becomes attachment (possessiveness). The person’s
life becomes one with that thing, and whatever happens to that thing also
happens to the person, because his spirit (consciousness) is in that thing.
The
more a spirit places attention on something, the more it becomes like that
thing. Likewise, the more you engage yourself in spiritual exercises, the more
you become like God.
Consciousness And Memory
Memory is the intelligent and responsive store of experience. That is exactly
what the mind is. The mind only records happenings, reminding us at any point
in time of the advantages and disadvantages of everything, which we had earlier
experienced in our life. It is also suggestive, in that it can inform us of
possible merits and demerits of something, based on past similar experiences.
Consciousness And Justice
For sake of justice, God made it a law that every man should have also
individual responsibility. Man is held accountable, benefiting or punishable,
of his actions and inactions. No one will commit an offence, and another will
suffer for what he does not know about or for what he did not initiate. The
person who initiates an action is the person responsible for the action. The
action becomes a demand, which must have a supply. The supply goes to the
person who demanded for it.
The Nature Of Spirit
Much confusion about life would clear out if people understand the nature of
spirit. Spirit is life. The same spirit is light, the light you see everyday.
This light is fire, and can become a consuming fire. That is why God is a
Consuming Fire.
Spirit is like an
invisible essence (something) that is colourless, odourless, tasteless,
weightless and dimensionless.
· Being spirit, it can also make itself
visible or invisible.
· Being colourless, it can also assume
any colour just by willing it.
· Being odourless, it can also produce
aroma of various kinds.
· Being tasteless, it cal also generate
and experience various tastes.
· Being weightless, it can make things
have weight by the creative process called evolution.
· Being dimensionless, it is not bound
to anything, but itself can bind other things as it wishes.
· The spirit is photosynthetic because
it acts like the photographic film. It can become one with something just by
placing attention on the thing. It becomes something by intention, attention,
exposure (experience or corruption), and action. For example, a child becomes
dirty, not because he wants to be dirty but because he involves himself in
childish plays.
Whatever
that is experienced or performed last tend to last for an ‘endless’ time until
a different experience is had, in the same way that everything continues in its
state of uniform motion or rest until some external forces (or factors) act on
it to introduce changes.
Who Goes To Hell Fire?
They are those who refused to take correction by removing or avoiding what is
bad, and so they became one with the bad experiences or actions. They have
seasoned themselves with evil just as salt is used to seasoned food. After
seasoning is oneness. Both the seasoning flavour and the seasoned food become one
and the same thing, and inseparable.
More so, they have no other opportunity to correct themselves. Besides, even if
you give them more opportunity, they cannot correct themselves. Instead of
effecting correction, they will go on doing the same old bad thing without
minding the consequences. They have developed a nature to such an extent that
they cannot separate themselves again from that nature. By so doing, they
exclude themselves from the good ones, for it is a law of the spirit that birds
of the same feather flock together – the law of homogeneity. Indeed, the
heavens and earths should praise God for His wisdom by separating the good from
the bad, so that those who want good shall experience abundance of goodness,
while those who want evil shall experience abundance of sin. This is wisdom,
indeed. That is why Jesus said that “wisdom is justified by her action.” Hence,
God is a righteous judge – perfect and impartial. He gives to everyone whatever
the person constantly desires for himself, be it good or bad.
The only way to avoid doom is to stop generating evil. And the only way to reap
goodness is by sowing good always. This is a simple and clear judgment, which
is both righteous and justified.
The Study Of Consciousness
The main method employed by most early philosophers in studying consciousness
was introspection, the process of looking within one's own mind to discover the
laws of its operation. They overlooked the spiritual dimension of man. Even,
Science failed to understand consciousness because it approached the task with
the wrong tool. Man failed to develop Spiritual Science, which would have given
him a clear and complete knowledge of consciousness. This is true because
consciousness is in the domain of the physical world of matter, while the
subconscious and superconscious are in the domain of spirit, beyond the
ordinary senses.
Consciousness does not depend on the function of the brain. Instead, it uses
the brain as a tool. It can as well function with or without the brain. In the
physical world, man needs the brain. But in the spirit world, the brain is not
necessary, and there the consciousness is far more enhanced. Correlations
(relaltionships) between states of consciousness and functions of the brain are
possible because the brain is an aid to those trying to develop
self-consciousness. In other words, God has always provided a helper along the
way of personal evolution to ensure successful development of His children from
unconscious state to a conscious state.
Importance
Of Consciousness At Death
The state of consciousness
at the time of death matters a lot. That alone can make a person go to heaven
or hell. The consciousness is like the photographic film. The last impression on
it lasts longest (even forever). This explains why a person continues doing
whatever he was doing on earth, after his death, in heaven or in hell.
Your
spirit is like a garden. Whatever you cultivate in it is what you continue to
harvest forever. “Whatever a man sows, that he reaps.” Be warned!
God Consciousness
God consciousness means knowing that
you are always in the Presence of the Most High, just as you are always in the presence
of the sun during the day, and as you are in the presence of light at night.
This is the simple truth. No one is ever alone, because God is always with him.
It also means to always remember God.
A person who is always conscious of God becomes like God, behaves like God and
eventually becomes one with God. It is as you would have a charcoal inside a
fire. The charcoal is not fire and fire is not charcoal. But if you leave one
inside the other for a long time, the two merge together and become one. Then
the charcoal becomes red hot. It is inside fire and is also fire. It can also
do whatever fire does. It can burn, glow, dim or even become a consuming fire.
When you remember God, you draw the
Holy Spirit to yourself and make it manifest all around you. The Holy Spirit
fills your heart and actions. Your work becomes God’s work, far more beneficial
and glorious. The Holy Spirit is like a fire, which has both magnetic and
spiritual fields. The fields enfold and energize you and whatever you do or
touch, just as a rod near fire immediately acquires heat from the fire, and
just as an metal near a magnet immediately becomes a magnet. By so doing, you even protect yourself and
your work from the evil spirits, demons, ghosts and forces of darkness, because
they always run away from the fire of the Holy Spirit.
In doing your everyday duty,
remember God.
We are always in the presence of God,
just as we are always in the presence of the sun during the day,
and just as we are in the presence of light at night.
This is omnipresence,
which is always available to the children of God.
You attract without delay whatever
you think about. When you think about evil spirits or horror films, you bring
demons into your life and environment immediately, without delay. The moment
you think about fornication, you start feeling sexy. The actor on the stage
behaves like a character simply by thinking like the character he represents.
In spirit, thinking is the same as spoken word and action. The three (thought,
word and action) merge into one essence, which is thought, for they arose from
thought. In spirit, you do things only by intention, attention and thinking.
That means just by thinking – by consciousness. Living at will. Motion at will.
Action at will.
The spirit becomes whatever it wants
simply by intention and attention. Whatever the spirit persistently focuses its
attention on, that it becomes. That is why the evil man looks evil to the
sight, and the saint can by easily identified, even when he is not wearing a
robe. The spirit is like a photographic film. It becomes one with whatever that
is focus on it. This is the great secret. Hence, those who die do so because
they make themselves one with death. And those who live on live because they
have made themselves one with life. "You shall know the truth and the
truth shall set you free."
Therefore, be God-conscious always.
This is holiness, life and spirit. It is the key to decency, prosperity and
glory.
You Must Become Perfect, Even As God - Your Heavenly Father - Is Perfect.
I have chosen God’s footstep, just as
My Father instructed me and there is none who can remove me from it. I rejoice,
always, in the everlasting Glory of the Father. This is even my name. That is
why Jesus is never ashamed of me and the Holy Spirit is pleased.
It does not please God that you
remain in sin or that you continue to belittle yourself. You must learn to
ascend the ladder of life, until you attain the glorious life, which is everlasting.
You must ascend the mountain to become a mountain, or remain down the mountain
deceiving yourself.
Always
bear in mind that the Almighty is not only your God and Lord, but also your
Father. Therefore, you have to develop the qualities of God in you, until the
Father says of you, “This is my beloved son with whom I am well pleased.” Jesus has
shown us example, and I have also appeared in the presence of the Most High,
who alone is the Holy Trinity. And the Father, the Holy Trinity, is well pleased
with me. And I beheld the face of the Almighty beaming with a gentle pleasing
smile. The Almighty was indeed pleased to welcome me.
You must become perfect even as your
heavenly Father is perfect. This is the
ultimate attainment. Then you can say in the presence of the Father, without
fear, “Oh God, I am like Yourself!”
Every offspring is in every way like
its parent. So it is between God and man. That is why we are the image and
likeness of God. Man is a small God!
Stop belittling yourself.
Stop counting yourself a sinner.
Stop condemning yourself.
Instead of talking about sin, talk
about righteousness.
Instead of talking about death, talk
about life.
Instead of talking about your body,
talk about your spirit self.
Instead of talking about worldliness,
talk about saintliness.
Instead of talking about vanity, talk
about heavenly life.
You
are expected to become a responsible child of God, able to handle several
responsibilities, and not a worthless fellow who is always begging for mercy,
and not an ignorant beggar who lives at the mercy of fate. It is the Father’s
pleasure that you be forever clothed in His Glory. Have you not heard Jesus
frequently speaking of His coming in the Father’s glory? No rich man ever
hoards his riches from his family. Instead, he lavishes his riches on them
because he is one with his family and the family is also his glory.
For the Son of man shall
come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every
man according to his works. Matthew 16:27
… and then shall all the
tribes of the earth … see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with
power and great glory. Matthew 24: 31
And, lo, the angel of the
Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they
were sore afraid (You do not need to fear.). Luke 2: 9
Consider the lilies how
they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon
in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Luke 12: 27
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His
eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify
Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,

ALL ABOUT DEATH
Life and Death
Several times, I have crossed the bridge called death, only to discover that
life is everlasting. What a bliss!
Eternity
And behold! - There is no
death. What we call death is not the end of life, and what we call birth is not
the beginning of life.
Eternity Is Not A Future Reality.
It is both here and now. We live in the Eternal Now. We are already in the life
everlasting. All that will take place is a transformation (transfiguration,
which people call rapture.) That was why Jesus said,
“I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he
were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall
never die. Believest thou this?”. John 11:25, 26
True Meaning Of Death
Death is a non-existent door, through which a person passes to enter or leave
the world. It is an illusion. It does not exist, but seems to exist. That was
why Jesus said,
“I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever
liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”. John 11:25, 26
Birth and death are opposites.
Both birth and death are like passing through a door. Birth is coming in, while
death is going out. This world is God’s own school, where experience is the
best teacher. You enter this school by birth and leave it through death. Those
who are spiritually awake neither die nor are born. Just as in the every night
rest called sleep. For while the body rests and is still, the spirit is wide
awake and active.
The Relevance Of Earthly Life
The earth plane provides opportunities for rapid rise in spirituality. However,
the problem is that people neglect Spiritual Science. Many remain stagnant or
fall to lower levels of spirituality. Everybody should strive to grow in
spirit. The reason is that the lower a person falls in spiritual level, the harder
it is rise to higher levels. This fact explains why people are lazy at doing
spiritual practice. ‘It is not necessary,’ one person says. ‘It does not
matter,’ another would add. Therefore, the society becomes stagnant and
complacent, without knowing it. Also, the person at low spiritual level becomes
more vulnerable to evil spirits, demons, ghosts and forces of darkness. That is
partly the reason why so much deliverance is going on in the churches,
crusades, ministries and on the televisions.
Many are busy fighting against the Devil, when they suppose to seek
self-knowledge. Those who win the battle of life are not those who fight
against the Devil. Those who win the battle are those who attain
self-knowledge. That is why Jesus said, “You shall know the truth and the
truth shall set you free.” God confirms the same, saying, “For lack of
knowledge, my people perish.”
The Two Types Of Death (Physical and
Spiritual Death)
The two types of death are
physical death and spiritual death. Physical death is a state of inactivity. It
is devoid of life. Spiritual death is death in spirit. Many people who are
physically moving about are spiritually dead. When Adam and Eve sinned, they
died spiritual death, though they were still living physically. But when a man
dies physically, his body decays and disintegrates, but the spirit man lives on
in spirit.
What Happens Before Death
Angels and Guides arrive before time – before the time of actual death. They
wait for the final separation of the silver cord, and then lead the deceased
home, to the plane of existence to which he is best suited for. For a person
who lived a very bad life, evil spirits, ghosts and demons await him, to take
him to the dark regions of hell.
What Happens During Death
Unfortunately, people do not know the meaning and purpose of life on earth.
That is why the world rejoices when a child is born, but mourns when the same
person dies. Death is not really death. It is an illusion. It is not real. It
seems to be real, but is not. It is neither good nor bad. It is only a door.
What Happens After Death
What happens at death depends on the type of life lived by the person. A
righteous person, at death, draws towards himself bright and glorious heavenly
beings, while a bad person attracts evil spirits, demons, ghosts and forces of
darkness. The good ones ascend to the bright regions of heaven, where is
abundant joy, while the bad people descend to the dark regions of hell, where
there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Where Are the Dead?
In the spirit, there are heavens and hell. Each has regions. When people die,
there go to any of the one, to which they are best suited for. The heaven, hell
or region a person goes to is determined by his thoughts, words and actions. A
person may ascend to brighter heaven or descend to the darker regions of hell.
When a person dies, he goes to
one of the following, depending on the type of life he lived:
1. Heaven or (
2. Hell
3. This World
4.
5. Reincarnate Later
There are evidences to show that some dead people remain in the world, as shown
in the two following narrations.
While in spirit, I saw
a dead person whom I knew. He came to his workshop, which seems to be in a
bushy area. Immediately, I saw him, I recognized him. While he moved in the
workshop, I saw him a second and third time. Immediately he saw me, he
recognized me, and knew that I knew him he was dead. Therefore, he changed his
countenance. The Spirit led me away from him, in order to confirm what I had
seen. While in motion, I moved round a town, in the air, and came back to the
same workshop. The Angel with me interviewed the man. He asked the man where
his workshop was...
When I slept, the
second time, I had another revelation. We were holding a kind of family
meeting, outside a house. Then the man of the house, who had died, came. He came
out of the house, closed the door and was locking it. When all of us exclaimed
that the dead man was present, he disappeared. Indeed, some of the dead live in
spirit, among those who have not yet died.
I remember what God once said, “It is not everybody that will go to heaven.
Some will stay in the world, the new earth. Those Angels taken by Satan are
being replaced. Once the number is complete, the replacement exercise will
stop. Others will stay on earth. Apostle John, in the Book of Revelation,
said he saw "a new earth and a new Jerusalem coming down from heaven.”
This message is also a warning and an encouragement to everybody. Those who
labour for the Lord, have better and greater opportunities than those who do
not. Everybody has the free will to make himself great or small in the

work with little or no supervision)
5. Efforts at teaching others about God
6. Spiritual practice

Factors That Determines Who Goes To Hell
The following factors determine who goes to hell after death.
1. Evil deeds
2. The intention, extent and duration of
the evil deed. A person who is always planning evil is likely to go to hell.
Likewise, the person who finds it hard to forgive.
3. Acts of selfishness, like
embezzlement of public funds.
4. Bad disposition such as anger,
hatred, grudges, etc.
5. The Significance Of
How To Help The Dead
Out of ignorance, people do many irrelevant things at the death of their loved
ones. The unfortunate thing is that they end up hindering the person's ascent
to heaven or brighter regions. Just as they cluster around an accident victim,
and thereby hinder a quick recovery of the victim. They continue to do so, even
today, without knowing the harm they cause out of ignorance.
Sometime ago, I was at the burial of a man. Out of sympathy, people clustered
inside the living room (parlour). In the process, two of the man's children
were collapsing - fainting - and about to lose consciousness. Still, nobody
cared to go out, and allow fresh air come into the room. I had to rebuke them
to go out of the room. Very soon afterwards, the two children revived and
became normal. If I had not intervened, the sympathizers would have caused more
death, without knowing it. Help the dead by doing the following:
1. Stop crying, weeping or mourning for
the dead. When you do so, you disturb their spiritual journey. Crying, weeping
or mourning is a sign of your spiritual ignorance. That was why Jesus said, "Leave
the dead to bury their dead. (Leave those who are spiritually ignorant to
continue in their foolishness)."
2. Do not wear black clothes. Black
attracts evil spirits, demons, ghosts and forces of darkness, which hinder the
person's spiritual journey.
3. Discourage people from lamenting.
When they lament, they scare away the Angel, who want peace and joy.
4. The event of death must serve as a
unifying event. It must not be used as an opportunity to revenge or encourage
misunderstanding, quarrel or enmity.
5. In all decorations, use bright
colours, instead of dark, black or gloomy colours.
6. The sooner a person is buried, the
better for the person.
7. The sooner the funeral rites are
performed, the better for the person.
8. The burial and funeral should not
serve as means to exhaust all that the person has saved for his dependents.
9. Helping the dependents of the
deceased one, in their times and areas of need, is far better than mourning for
the dead.
10.Do not carry a corpse to holy places
like church, seminary, convent, holy ground, etc. It is an abomination to do
so.
11.Discourage the belief that it is sin
or evil to associate with the dead. Some of them may have important messages to
deliver to the living. Several times, Jesus appeared to His disciples after His
death, to give instructions.
12.You can light a candle for the dead.
Light is the symbol of heaven, knowledge, Holy Spirit and omnipresence. Light
scares away evil spirits, demons, ghosts and black energies.
13.Do not count on the funeral orations
and tributes people write. They are like the babblings of the ignorant
multitudes.
14.Attend to the needs of the sick,
those in need, etc. This is incomparably better than crying, weeping or
mourning, when they are dead.
15.Discourage people from going to see
dead bodies. Entering a room in which there is a corpse or touching a grave have the following disadvantages:
a. Your Guardian Angel leaves you just
before you enter the room or touch the corpse.
b. The Holy Spirit abandons you.
c. When your Guardian Angel and Holy
Spirit are not with you, any harm can come to you.
d. Your skills and destiny do not
develop because the Holy Spirit and Guardian Angels are far away from you.
e. Corpse attracts evil spirits, demons,
ghosts and forces of darkness. These evil spirits form a shield around you and
follow you about.
f. The evil spirits cause failure,
backwardness, disappointments, quarrels, enmity, sickness, etc.
g. Death is a strong force, which can
make people who are spiritually weak die untimely.
How To Help Yourself When You Are Dead
It is unfortunate that people do not know what they suppose to know about life
in spirit or death. Therefore, many hinder their spiritual progress, instead of
facilitating it. The result is vulnerability to the evil spirits, demons,
ghosts and forces of darkness.
Do the following to help yourself before, during and after death.
1. Become interested in life in spirit.
To believe that there is no life in spirit is like disconnecting oneself from
the ready help, given by the Angels and spirit friends to dead people.
2. Your action at the time of death
matters a lot. Any person who is fighting, stealing, cheating, angry, or doing
any form of evil at the time of death is likely to miss heaven. Therefore,
avoid every form of evil in your life. It is far better to lose all the
pleasures of this world and inherit eternal life, than to gain everything and
go to hell fire, where all forms of wickedness is unending and merciless.
3. In the time of danger, chant or shout
the name of Holy Spirit, Jesus or God. Shouting such names or saying things as
'My Mother,' 'I am lost,' 'I am in trouble,' etc does not help you.
4. At the time of death, make peaceful
statements. Forgive and forget. To refuse to forgive your offenders simply
means that you have refused to enter heaven, and you cannot enter into the
kingdom.
5. Wherever you find yourself, and you
do not what to do, simply pray to God for help or guidance.
6. The more spiritual knowledge you have
about life in spirit, the better for you, and the faster your journey to the
heavens.
7. Reduce attachment to money, wealth,
people, places or things. Detachment sets you free. You are bound to whatever
you cherish so much, so that at death, that thing pulls you to itself.
8. At death, you migrate to whatever you
worship. Those who worship the Devil, go to Devil; those who worship mermaid,
go to mermaid; those who worship idol or shrine, got to it; whereas those who
worship the only one true God, go to Him. That is why people should avoid
polytheism, and worship the only one true God.
9. Encourage charity and selflessness in
your life. You lay up treasures in heaven for yourself by rendering selfless
services to people, attending to the needs of others, participating in God’s
work, extending your money and wealth to those around you, etc.
10.Those who love fame and/or seek power
for selfish purposes, cannot ascend to the heavens.
11.Those who embezzle public funds,
cannot rise to the brighter regions of life. Government workers should beware.
12.Those who engage in wicked acts, do
not go to heaven.
13.Do not form the habit of wearing
black dress in your life time. Colours of heavenly saints are white, blue, etc.
14.Too much talking causes hindrance in
your spiritual growth and ascent to heaven.
15.Other stumbling blocks you should
avoid are hatred, anger, enmity, greediness, quarrelling, fighting, violence,
disorderliness, fornication, adultery, etc.
16.Enjoy gospel music and songs that are
melodious, gentle, cool and soft; not noisy, booming sounds and music.
17.In your everyday life activities,
remember God. To die at the time you are calling God's name is very good for
your soul. The name of God makes it easy for you to attain heaven.
18.Perform all duties as service
offering to God.
19.Perform duties without expecting
rewards, without expecting thanks, and without being persuaded or forced.
20.Encourage friendliness, because your
earthly friends and loved ones shall be your spirit friends and loved ones.

Death And Reincarnation
Reincarnation is necessary for people to gain knowledge and experiences.
Thereby, they become perfect as our Heavenly Father is perfect. Reincarnation
enables people to settle their karma and give-and-take accounts, by undergoing
rebirth and continuing from where they stopped. In subsequent life times,
positions are swapped.
